Join us June 21 - 23,2017 at the Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa in Thompsonville, Michigan.


Registration for the Annual Meeting is $185 and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on June 22 & breakfast and lunch on June 23. We're fine tuning this impactful conference to bring you even more networking and space for innovation. Through our breakout workshops, we aim to provide any member of your staff, whether they're brand new or a 10 year United Way vet, a powerful and educational conference experience that will leave them recharged and ready to tackle your upcoming Campaign season.

This event is pending approval by United Way World Wide for Flex Credit usage. 



  • Registration fee of $185 per attendee includes:
    • Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 21
    • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, June 22
    • Breakfast and lunch on Friday, June 23
  • Registration closes on May 19


  • Hotels will be available at $179++ per night
  • Four and Five Bedroom Townhomes will be available at $129 ++ per night

Cancellation Policy
The last day to cancel your Annual Meeting reservation without penalty is Monday, June 5. Any cancellations following June 5th are subject to the cost of lodging and a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining registration fee will be refunded.

MAUW has reserved several 4 and 5-Bedroom Townhomes and some hotel rooms. MAUW will book your lodging reservation and bill you. Townhomes are $129 per night before taxes. Hotel rooms are $179 per night before taxes. Please note that if you are unable to stay for the entire conference, you will need to plan to stay in a Hotel room.
