We invite you to join us for our 2017 Annual Meeting and continue the tradition of an affordable, educational and entertaining conference experience for Member United Ways across Michigan. Returning to the Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa, this year’s conference will be held from Wednesday, June 21 - Friday, June 23.
The conference will begin with our new CEO Golf Outing, held on the beautiful golf courses of Crystal Mountain, while staff can participate in a dynamic pre-conference session on utilizing and understanding the recent United Way Worldwide Brand Refresh with Neil Parekh, from United Way Worldwide. Workshops will begin on Wednesday morning. Again this year, we’ll honor our Spirit of Michigan Award Winners at Thursday’s evening reception.
We know that the “one-size fits all” model doesn’t work for each of our United Ways, which is why this year we’re removing “conference tracks” and encouraging participants to choose the workshop that best fits their education needs and interests. We’re excited to offer multi-faceted workshops that will engage participants and allow them to leave the Annual Meeting recharged for campaign season.
We’ve worked hard to keep conference registration rates low. Registration for this year will cost $185 per person and includes a networking reception on Wednesday, June 22, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, June 23 as well as breakfast and lunch on Friday, June 24.
